EPOS Corporation in Malaysia is hiring for an Operations role focusing on merchant onboarding and KYC processes. You will conduct verification, ensure data accuracy, and maintain compliant procedures to support fast-growing merchant integrations.

The role requires 1–2 years in onboarding/KYC, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting SLA targets. Join a dynamic team expanding across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct merchant onboarding and KYC processes within SLA targets.
• Set up payment methods for merchants via backend systems.
• Ensure accurate data entry and collection of merchant documentation.
• Ensure processes are compliant with SOPs and escalate delays as needed.
• Coordinate verification with merchants via phone or email; maintain trackers and follow up.

What will you be doing?

• Support and complete merchant onboarding by conducting KYC processes within SLA targets.
• Ensures payment methods are set up for merchants through backend systems.
• Ensures accurate data entry handling and collection of documentations from merchants.
• Ensure processes are compliant and consistent with SOPs.
• Escalate issues or delays to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with merchants to conduct verification processes via phone or email.
• Keep internal trackers and instinctly followup on all pending cases.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
• 1-2 years experience in operations, particularly in onboarding and KYC procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a growing fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable in communicating with merchants and provide guidance for verifications.
• Detailed-oriented, quick learner, with strong execution; able to meet SLA targets.
