Job summary

Ampersand Pay SDN BHD is seeking an organised Merchant Admin to support merchant onboarding, documentation, account maintenance and operational coordination. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Technical Support and Compliance to ensure accurate processing of merchant applications.

Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply, as are candidates with admin, banking, fintech or customer service experience.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in administration, merchant support, payment industry, banking or customer service.
Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

Process new merchant applications and supporting documents.
Verify completeness and accuracy of merchant information.
Conduct KYC document verification.
Ensure forms and agreements are properly completed.
Submit merchant applications to acquiring banks or relevant internal departments.
Follow up on pending applications until activation.
Maintain and update merchant records in internal systems.
Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams on merchant requests.
Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up accordingly.
Coordinate with Operations on merchant matters.
