Job summary

EasyStore Commerce Sdn Bhd is hiring a Merchant Success Advisor to manage inbound opportunities from trial sign-ups, inquiries, campaigns, and events. You will understand each merchant’s business, guide them through the sales journey from first conversation to demo and paid subscription, and identify opportunities to recommend relevant EasyStore solutions.

• Recommend EasyStore solutions based on merchant needs and context.
• Conduct personalised product demos and connect features to business outcomes.
• Manage opportunities through demo, negotiation, and closing.
• Keep the sales pipeline organized and moving toward conversion.
• Take ownership of personal sales performance and improve conversion.
