Job summary

StoreHub SDN BHD is seeking a Merchant Onboarding Specialist to empower merchant partners with a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing engagement. You will drive product adoption, support Go-Lives, and collaborate across Product, Sales, and Support teams.

Required are a Bachelor's degree and experience with Intercom and Salesforce; Mandarin-speaking skills are a plus. You will help merchants maximize value from our SaaS platform while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or retail operations.
• Hands-on experience with Intercom and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding journey from welcome calls to go-live.
• Nurture merchant relationships and coordinate with Product, Sales, Support.
