Grab is seeking a dynamic Merchant Acquisition Lead to join GrabMart in Petaling Jaya. You will shape merchant onboarding, drive partner relationships, and collaborate with Marketing, Product and Operations to deliver strong selection and pricing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business development or partnerships, a proven track record of meeting targets, and proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis. This role offers growth within a regional team.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of omni-commerce and retail trends.
• Ability to travel to meet with potential merchants.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new merchants for GrabMart.
• Manage a pipeline of prospective retail partners with consistent follow-up to hit targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—KAM, Marketing, Product, Operations—to ensure cohesive merchant onboarding.
• Analyze retail trends, competitor activity, and category developments to refine strategies.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets across new merchant signings and GMV contribution.
