Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior Merchant Acquisition professional to drive new merchant onboarding for GrabMart in a fast-paced, omni-channel environment. You will build relationships with key decision-makers, identify growth opportunities, and lead negotiations to secure strategic retail partners.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Regional teams to deliver effective onboarding and optimize merchant performance.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business development, sales or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets.
Strong understanding of omni-commerce industry and trends.
Ability to travel to meet with potential merchants.
Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and data analysis/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to acquire new merchants for GrabMart.
Manage a pipeline of prospective retail partners to hit acquisition targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive merchant acquisition approach.
Analyze retail/trends, competitor activity, and category developments to refine strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets across new merchant signings and GMV.
