Job summary

Exyte Malaysia is seeking an MEP BIM Modeler to join their team, supporting a hyperscale data centre design and build. You will develop detailed Revit models for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and related systems, and coordinate multidisciplinary work to ensure clash-free delivery.

The role requires a Diploma/Certificate/Degree in related fields and at least 3 years of BIM modelling experience with Revit MEP.

Qualifications

3+ years BIM modelling experience on complex MEP projects.
Strong proficiency with Revit MEP to produce accurate, coordinated models.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models and addressing clashes.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed Revit models for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and related systems.
Maintain model information: elements, parameters, naming conventions and file structures.
Coordinate disciplines with BIM teams and support clash-detection activities.
Resolve coordination issues: clashes, routing, access, clearance and constructability.
Model data centre systems including data hall infrastructure and BMS/EPMS.
Support construction delivery with coordinated BIM information and shop drawings.
Update project records with as-built information and site changes.
Follow BIM standards and information exchange procedures.
Maintain model quality through checks before submissions.
