Job summary

IAQ Group in Malaysia is seeking a BIM Engineer to create architectural and MEP models using Autodesk Revit and related BIM software. You will ensure model alignment with BIM Execution Plan, coordinate design changes, and manage BIM technology implementation across construction projects.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task on several projects while traveling as required.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Mechanical, HVAC, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
Min 3 years in the construction industry with hands-on BIM experience.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit and related BIM software.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Willing to travel outstation as required.
High integrity, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Create Architectural, MEP, Plumbing, Sanitary, Process Pipe and Electrical models.
Ensure models align with BIM Execution Plan and project workflow.
Coordinate design changes with internal and external teams.
Manage BIM technology implementation and ensure quality deliverables.
Communicate BIM model changes effectively to project teams.
