Job summary

Supreme Asia Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Modeller (MEP) & BIM Coordinator (MEP) to join our project team. You will convert 2D MEP designs into precise 3D models in Revit, ensure routing accuracy, and support clash prevention.

As BIM Coordinator you will manage model aggregation, run clash detection, lead coordination meetings, and drive seamless collaboration between engineers and architects to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical discipline.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in MEP BIM Modeling.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
• Good understanding of MEP services, schematic drawings, and building construction sequences.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive in problem-solving, and a good team player.
• Strong communication skills to lead coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts.

Responsibilities

• BIM Modeller: create accurate 3D MEP models from 2D drawings and design specs.
• BIM Coordinator: oversee BIM process, model aggregation, clash detection, and coordination meetings.

About the Role:
