Job summary

Jurutera Jasa (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd invites a skilled BIM Modeller (MEP) to join our mechanical, electrical and plumbing team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Building Services and is proficient in Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD.

With at least 2 years of MEP BIM modelling experience, you will develop accurate 3D models, prepare construction drawings, perform clash detection and coordinate with civil, structural and architectural

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Drafting or a related field.
• Proficient in Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Navisworks or AutoCAD MEP is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of MEP BIM Modelling experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models for MEP systems - HVAC / ductwork, plumbing and sanitary piping, fire protection, electrical (cable trays, conduits, lighting, power) and associated services.
