Job summary

IAQ Group seeks a BIM modeller to create Architectural, HVAC, piping and electrical models for construction projects in Malaysia. You will use Autodesk Revit to ensure alignment with the BIM Execution Plan and project workflow.

Collaborating across disciplines, you will manage BIM implementation and deliver high-quality, coordinated models. You will communicate changes effectively to project teams and ensure timely delivery under pressure.

Qualifications

Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ HVAC/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 3 years in construction with hands-on Autodesk Revit experience.
High integrity, results oriented.
Able to multi task and meet strict deadlines.
Good interpersonal and communication skill.

Responsibilities

Create Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing & Sanitary, Process Pipe and/or Electrical models.
Ensure model aligns with BIM Execution Plan and workflow criteria.
Collaborate and coordinate internally or/ and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes.
Manage BIM technology implementation and ensure quality deliverables on construction projects.
Understand and ensure any changes in BIM Models are effectively communicated to project teams.
