Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Malaysia is seeking a MedTech Sales professional to drive revenue and expand market presence in Johor. The role focuses on surgeons and allied healthcare providers, with an emphasis on clinical product demonstrations and strategic client engagement.

You will schedule visits, present products to physicians, coordinate promotions, and provide market feedback to support demand generation and forecasting across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably with Surgery or pharmaceutical background.
• Experience in medical device or pharma companies is a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist in attaining sales goals and market share objectives in the prescribed territory.
• Schedule appointments and deliver preplanned sales presentations to customers.
• Demonstrate product usage to physicians and develop customer-focused presentation packages.
