Job summary

Vision RT Ltd, a MedTech leader in Surface Guided Radiation Therapy, seeks a proactive Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and support Vision RT solutions across customer sites. The role involves extensive travel, remote and on-site support, and delivering a high level of customer service.

You will troubleshoot software, hardware and networking on Windows-based systems, perform preventative maintenance and software updates, and document activities accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and resolving software, operating system, and hardware issues within a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Vision RT product portfolio at customer sites.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
• Perform preventative maintenance, software updates, and product enhancements.
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows-based systems and devices.
• Travel throughout the assigned region to support installations and maintenance.
