Job summary

Gnosis Laboratories Group is seeking a motivated Business Sales Executive (Medical Laboratories) to join our team in Klang Valley or Johor. This full-time role drives sales and builds relationships with healthcare providers and medical laboratories across the region.

You will identify opportunities, maintain key accounts, and present solutions from our comprehensive portfolio. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in medical/healthcare, preferably lab diagnostics or medical equipment; fresh graduates encouraged with training provided.
• Understanding of the medical laboratory business; technical knowledge preferred (Biomedical Science or Medical Lab Technology).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
• Positive, results-oriented attitude with a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in medical laboratory services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions from Gnosis offerings.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with lab operations and dispatch to ensure great service.
• Gather market intelligence to inform product development and marketing.
