Gnosis Laboratories Group is seeking a Product Manager for Molecular Dx & Specialty Tests to drive growth of cutting-edge lab services. You will lead development, marketing, training, and support, collaborating with laboratory and sales teams to meet the needs of healthcare professionals.

The role requires a minimum of a bachelor’s in biomedical sciences or related field, with 5+ years in product management or sales/marketing in life sciences. Mandarin is a plus for Taiwan/China collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Biomedical Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related field. A postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management or sales & marketing within the life sciences, biotechnology, or medical lab industries.
• Proven experience working with international partners or suppliers is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and interpersonal skills for managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English & Malay. Mandarin is an advantage as projects work includes partners from Taiwan & China.
• Ability to deliver presentations and conduct CME sessions for clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with molecular diagnostic technologies, including qPCR, NIPT, NGS, and other relevant methods.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the sales team to develop go-to-market strategies, provide product training, and offer technical support to clients and prospects.
• Organize and deliver educational sessions, webinars, and CME programs to raise awareness and educate medical professionals on our lab services.
• Provide regular progress and performance reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the development, marketing, sales enablement, and support functions for our specialty diagnostic services.

Collaborate with the technical laboratory team to design and refine lab services that meet the evolving needs of healthcare professionals and the medical industry.

Partner with the sales team to develop go-to-market strategies, provide product training, and offer technical support to clients and prospects.

Organize and deliver educational sessions, webinars, and CME programs to raise awareness and educate medical professionals on the value and clinical applications of our lab services.

Provide regular progress and performance reports to senior management.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position based at our Headquarters in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for local client visits. Occasional international travels.
