Job summary

SMCR Laboratories Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Executive – Healthcare / Laboratory for a field-based role covering Johor.

You will promote healthcare products and compounding services, build strong relationships with clinics, pharmacies and health food stores, and identify new business opportunities across Johor. Candidates with knowledge of the medical, pharmaceutical, laboratory, pharmacy or healthcare industry have an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Medical, Pharmacy or a related field.
• Relevant sales experience, preferably in medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, laboratory, pharmacy or health-related products.
• Experience dealing with clinics, pharmacies or health food stores.

Responsibilities

• Promote and provide product knowledge on healthcare products and compounding services to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinics, pharmacies and health food stores.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer accounts across Johor.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Conduct regular field visits and customer engagements throughout Johor.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and customer feedback in a timely manner.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor activities and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer activities, sales opportunities and follow-ups.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on sales activities and market developments.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer service.
