Job summary

Gnosis Laboratories Group is seeking a motivated Business Sales Executive (Medical Laboratories) to join our team in Klang Valley or Johor. This full-time role drives sales and builds relationships with healthcare providers and medical laboratories across the region.

You will identify opportunities, maintain key accounts, and present solutions from our comprehensive portfolio. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in medical/healthcare, preferably lab diagnostics or medical equipment; fresh graduates encouraged with training provided.
Understanding of the medical laboratory business; technical knowledge preferred (Biomedical Science or Medical Lab Technology).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
Positive, results-oriented attitude with a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

Gnosis Laboratories Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Sales Executive (Medical Laboratories) to join our dynamic team in Klang Valley or Johor. This full-time role will involve driving sales and building strong relationships with healthcare providers and medical laboratories across the region.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical laboratory services.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic laboratories
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using Gnosis Laboratories' comprehensive product and service offerings
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (lab operation & dispatch) to ensure exceptional customer service and support
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the medical or healthcare industry, preferably in the laboratory diagnostics or medical equipment sectors. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
Understanding of the medical laboratory business and technical knowledge, preferably with qualification in Medical Lab Technology, Biomedical Science or any relevant disciple.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goal.
A positive, results-oriented attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service

Requirements:

Tertiary education in Biology or Healthcare related disciplines. Preferably in Biomedical Sciences, Medical Technology, Biotech/Genetics, Nursing, Pharmacy or any equivalent disciplines.
Or Business/Marketing related qualification with experience in medical or healthcare industries.
Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in Sales/Marketing/Business Development for Medical/Pharmaceutical industries.
Working experience in medical laboratory and proficient in phlebotomy skill is an advantage.
Proven track record in achieving goals, proactive attitude.
Good communication skills and a team player.
Good knowledge in medical testing or diagnostics is an advantage.
Possess own transport and able to travel.
