Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical device manufacturing.
• Experience in manpower planning and managing production resources.
• Strong analytical skills and risk management experience.
• Good communication across levels and functions.
• Proven people management capabilities.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and cleanroom practices.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production headcount based on forecasts.
• Design and improve production layout to enhance workflow.
• Ensure readiness of equipment and materials before mass production.
• Monitor and improve takt time, productivity, and yield.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce safety rules during production.
• Ensure cleanliness of the production area per 5S standards.
