Job summary

USER Experience Researchers in Malaysia is seeking a Medallia Application Support Engineer to administer and maintain the Medallia platform, manage customer feedback programs, and troubleshoot integration issues.

The role encompasses ETL/ELT data pipelines with Azure Fabric and IBM DataStage, data validation, SQL investigations, and keeping technical docs in Confluence. Strong analytical and independent work capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in Medallia platform administration and configuration.
Knowledge of customer feedback programs, surveys, dashboards, and reporting.
Experience troubleshooting SaaS applications and data integration issues.
Familiarity with Azure Fabric, IBM DataStage, ETL/ELT, and SQL.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional IT teams.
Good documentation and knowledge-sharing skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and configure the Medallia platform, including reports, dashboards, KPIs, and customer surveys.
Manage Medallia Digital properties, intercepts, tagging, and digital experience configurations.
Troubleshoot application, reporting, data, and integration issues across business and IT teams.
Support ETL/ELT data pipelines using Azure Fabric and IBM DataStage.
Perform data validation, root-cause analysis, and SQL/database investigations.
Develop and maintain basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript configurations and enhancements.
Gather business requirements, conduct impact assessments, and support business analysis activities.
Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles in Confluence.
