Job summary

Maersk's Fulfilled by Maersk Platform is hiring a Support Engineer to assist FbM Level 1 support and ensure agile, quality operations for WMS, DMS, Yard, and Middleware. You will work onsite in Malaysia, handling SQL tasks, Python automation, and database administration to keep FbM applications running smoothly.

The role requires strong knowledge of MSSQL/MySQL, incident and change management, and documenting tasks while coordinating go-live Hypercare and ongoing maintenance with ops teams.

Qualifications

• Experience driving SQL analysis and troubleshooting across MSSQL and MySQL.
• Automation via Python scripting.
• Database application support for FbM platforms.
• Familiar with incident, problem and change management and SLA adherence.
• Document support tasks thoroughly.
• Knowledge of access control and security compliance.
• On-site support for FbM operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for FbM platforms and apps.
• Perform Hypercare database support during go-live.
• Monitor database performance and conduct db administration.
• Own documentation of support tasks.
• Coordinate installation, upgrades and daily maintenance of applications.
• Ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
