As a Senior Middleware & Integration Support Engineer at AMK Technology in KL, Malaysia, you will take full ownership of L2 operational support, platform monitoring, incident triage, and root cause analysis across mission-critical integration platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass maintaining IBM WebSphere, IBM WTX / ITX transformation engines, WebSphere MQ (WMQ), WebMethods, Axway / GXS, and Apigee API gateways, writing complex Oracle SQL queries, executing UNIX shell scripts for log diagnostics, and managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, RosettaNet, and TRADACOMS.
