Job summary

Medallia Application Support Engineer role in Malaysia (Cyberjaya) focuses on administering the Medallia platform, configuring reports and dashboards, and managing customer feedback initiatives. You will troubleshoot integration issues and support data pipelines with Azure Fabric and IBM DataStage.

Qualifications

• Experience with Medallia platform administration and configuration.
• Knowledge of customer feedback programs, surveys, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience troubleshooting SaaS applications and data integration issues.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT, SQL, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure the Medallia platform, including reports, dashboards, KPIs, and customer surveys.
• Manage Medallia Digital properties, intercepts, tagging, and digital experience configurations.
• Troubleshoot application, reporting, data, and integration issues across business and IT teams.
• Support ETL/ELT data pipelines using Azure Fabric and IBM DataStage.
• Perform data validation, root-cause analysis, and SQL/database investigations.
• Gather business requirements, conduct impact assessments, and support business analysis activities.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles in Confluence.
