Job summary

Maersk's Fulfilled by Maersk Platform in Malaysia is seeking a Support Engineer to provide Level 1 support for FbM applications, coordinating installation, upgrades and daily maintenance of WMS, DMS, Yard Management System, Middleware and legacy components used by the Platform.

You will work on-site with operational teams, handle MSSQL/MySQL tasks, Python scripting for automation, database administration and Hypercare during go-live, while documenting tasks and ensuring security compliance and

Qualifications

• Experience supporting FbM applications and operational teams.
• Knowledge of MSSQL, MySQL and Python scripting for automation.
• Experience with database performance monitoring and administration.
• Understanding of incident, problem, change management and SLA/KPI compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support and troubleshoot database related issues for FbM applications.
• Coordinate installation, upgrades and daily maintenance of Maersk Contract Logistics Applications (WMS, DMS, Yard, Middleware, Legacy).
• Document support tasks and ensure security compliance.
• Provide Hypercare support during FbM project go-live.
• Monitor and optimize database performance.
