Job summary

Medicom Group is hiring a Senior Systems Analyst to drive enterprise information systems across global divisions from its Malaysia hub. You will shape end-to-end workflows, define data requirements and ensure system governance in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead system implementation, data architecture, and data integrity initiatives, collaborating with IT, operations, and external partners. The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP experience, and a lean, Agile mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software development, engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10 years of experience as system analyst.
• 10 years working with ERP or related information systems.
• Experience in agile scrum.
• Knowledge of supply chain systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the selection, implementation and governance of information systems.
• Translate business needs to functional requirements.
• Build target architecture diagrams and data flow.
• Develop UAT scripts and track defects.
• Ensure master data quality and data governance.
• Support improvements across systems with cross-functional teams.
• Foster self-development and continuous learning.
