Eupe Corporation is seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Supervisor to lead on-site teams and coordinate complex M&E installations for housing, residential, and commercial projects. The role requires strong reading of drawings, budget awareness, and effective stakeholder communication.
Minimum 5 years in M&E construction, with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. A relevant degree and professional certifications are advantageous to support career growth within the construction

Lead and supervise sub-contractors on-site, ensuring all mechanical and electrical works are executed according to project specifications and timelines.
Project Planning & Coordination
Collaborate with M&E Coordinators, sub-contractors, and stakeholders to plan and coordinate seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems throughout project phases.
Schedule & Budget Management
Organize work schedules and monitor project delivery to ensure timely completion within allocated budget, maintaining cost-conscious approach throughout all project stages.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Monitor sub-contractor workmanship and implement QAQC standard procedures to ensure adherence to specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Technical Expertise & Drawing Interpretation
Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting M&E drawings, provide technical guidance to team members, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during site operations.
Documentation & Progress Reporting
Maintain comprehensive records of installations, materials, and testing procedures; prepare progress reports and verify sub-contractor claims for management review.
Stakeholder Communication
Report project status, challenges, and potential issues effectively to Management while maintaining clear communication channels with all project stakeholders.
Professional Development & Industry Knowledge
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mechanical and electrical systems to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Requirements:
Minimum a Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or in related field.
Possession of Certificate of Competency (COC), Professional Engineer (PE) registration, or other relevant industry certifications will be considered a distinct advantage and may enhance career progression opportunities.
At least 5 years relevant working experience in M&E construction, design, or facility management. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in supervising and managing mechanical and electrical systems specifically within housing, residential, or commercial building projects in the construction/property development sector.
Proficient in Ms. Office and AutoCAD software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills are highly valued for collaborating with diverse stakeholders like architects, contractors, and clients.
Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret M&E engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation and coordination on-site.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and internal teams, with ability to prepare clear technical reports and presentations for management review.
