Job summary

Vestland Resources in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced M&E Manager to oversee all mechanical and electrical works for high-rise building projects. You will plan, coordinate, execute and monitor M&E activities to ensure timely completion, within budget, and compliant with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, coordinating with consultants and authorities, overseeing testing and commissioning, and reporting progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in M&E construction works, with substantial experience in high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, construction practices, and local authority requirements.
• Experience in project planning, coordination, testing, and commissioning.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and ensure work is carried out according to approved schedules.
• Prepare progress reports, cost forecasts, and project updates for management.
