Job summary

Linergy Power Sdn Bhd in Serendah, Malaysia, seeks a Facilities Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance and repair of factory facilities and utility systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability.

You will manage energy use, lead engineering projects, train technicians, and ensure compliance with EHS policies while coordinating with design and operations teams to deliver reliable plant performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in industrial plant or facility engineering.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, power, water supply & drainage, and related facility systems.
• Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsible for technical review of design schemes and drawings within designated area; managing and maintaining factory facilities and engineering systems, including HVAC, dehumidification, CDA, vacuum, power, and electrical systems. Ensure facilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
