Job summary

MCE Consulting Sdn Bhd is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to contribute from feasibility studies through detailed design, focusing on M&E coordination for data centre projects.

You will review drawings, supervise site inspections, assist with testing and commissioning, liaise with authorities, and participate in project handover while leveraging BIM where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge in Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation design and Active Fire Protection.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Engineering Consultancy / Construction.
• Data Centre design & commissioning experience is a plus.
• Exposure to design phase, contract administration, T&C, safety & quality management.
• Good command of spoken & written English.
• Able to manage tasks, think fast & deliver projects on schedule.
• Eligible for BEM registration (PE or PEPC).
• BIM skills or ATD accreditation is an added advantage.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s / Postgraduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering
