1. Electrical & Control Systems Engineering
Design, build, and maintain industrial electronic control circuits and automated control boxes governing Hydroball machinery.
Perform high-accuracy engineering diagnostics, physical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on electronic panels and smart PLC boards.
Ensure proper voltage distribution, electrical wiring, and signaling interfaces synchronize smoothly with commercial plant management parameters.
Supervise the mechanical retrofitting of the non-powered Automatic Tube Cleaning System (ATCS) onto heavy-duty heat exchangers, central chillers, and industrial cooling towers.
Manage physical site deployments, guiding on-site fabricators, mechanics, and technicians to complete tasks safely.
Evaluate fluid flow dynamics, physical piping pressures, and structural layouts to make sure peak chemical-free fouling prevention performance.
Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors to process Bill of Quantities (BOQs), verify physical structural sizing data, and balance procurement budgets.
Bridge communication gaps between regional HVAC Sales Engineers and site construction management to implement design revisions.
Represent the organization as a technical expert during complex on-site client inspections and tender briefings.

Track running system diagnostic parameters to compile technical output performance assessments.
Ensure all mechanical and electrical system layouts meet regional green building criteria, EMA/Suruhanjaya Tenaga codes, and structural safety frameworks.
