Job summary

Servay Evergreen Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced M&E / Building Operations Senior Supervisor to oversee maintenance and operations of mechanical and electrical systems across our facilities. You will lead a team of technicians and engineers, develop maintenance programs, monitor energy usage, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a senior supervisory role within building operations or facilities management.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of technicians and engineers.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in building management systems and maintenance software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant qualifications in engineering, facilities management, or related field.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of building M&E systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure.
• Ensure elevators, generators, and security systems are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
• Supervise and lead technicians and engineers in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimise building performance.
• Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Coordinate with external contractors for major projects and installations.

About the role

As the M&E / Building Operations Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of the company's mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the day-to-day running of the building facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the maintenance and repair of the building's mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure
• Ensure the building's facilities, including elevators, generators, and security systems, are well-maintained and operating efficiently
• Supervise and lead a team of technicians and engineers to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimise building performance
• Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for improvements and cost savings
• Liaise with external contractors and service providers to coordinate major projects and installations
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Provide regular reports on the building's operational performance to senior management
