Job summary

Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited is seeking an Electrical & Mechanical Senior Supervisor to oversee maintenance of critical plant utilities, including HV/LV distribution, generators, HVAC, and process water. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year diploma in Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• At least three years of M&E maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including hands-on operation and maintenance of industrial water, electrical, gas, and compressed-air systems.
• Experience in energy monitoring, cost reduction, or utility optimization; familiarity with electrical safety standards (GB) and facility compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of critical plant utilities, including HV/LV electrical distribution, generators, HVAC, compressed air, process water, fire protection, and telecommunications systems.
• Maintain at least 98% operational uptime through scheduled servicing, root cause analysis, and spare parts management.
• Implement and monitor factory safety, industrial hygiene, and fire prevention procedures in accordance with applicable local requirements.
• Conduct routine safety audits of mechanical and electrical systems, report hazards, and follow through on corrective actions.
• Lead technical planning and supervise construction for production line expansions and relocations.
• Coordinate utility redesign, integrate new equipment with existing infrastructure, and validate system performance after installation.
• Work with production teams to minimize disruption.
• Manage daily upkeep and emergency repairs of building utilities, lighting, drainage, outdoor facilities, parking areas, landscaping, and security perimeters.
• Oversee supporting environmental systems, including waste treatment and emissions monitoring.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year diploma in Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.

Computer skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting, data analysis, and documentation.

Languages: Basic written and spoken English for reading technical manuals and handling email correspondence. Native fluency in Chinese is required for regulatory coordination and team communication.

Technical experience: At least three years of M&E maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including hands-on operation and maintenance of industrial water, electrical, gas, and compressed-air systems. Experience in energy monitoring, cost reduction, or utility optimization is required, along with familiarity with applicable electrical safety standards, such as GB standards, and facility compliance requirements.
