Job summary

The role requires a degree in Civil or Design Engineering and a minimum of three years' related experience; you will troubleshoot M&E faults, contribute to energy conservation, and respond to emergency repairs as needed while ensuring strict safety compliance.

• Perform daily inspection, maintenance and upkeep of the factory's water supply, power supply and HVAC systems.

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on facilities and record maintenance details accurately.
• Comply with factory safety regulations strictly during operation to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in the optimization of equipment operation schemes and put forward reasonable suggestions for energy conservation and consumption reduction.
• Respond to emergency repair tasks at any time, including shift and off-duty periods, and ensure the stable operation of factory facilities.
