Siliconware in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage import/export operations and customs processes. You will coordinate delivery dates for raw materials and equipment, liaise with freight forwarders, and oversee payables related to imports/exports.
Training in Taiwan may be arranged if required, with free accommodation and travel support. The role requires a bachelor degree and at least 1 year of related experience, with English and Chinese language proficiency for client
Coordination and delivery date management-raw materials, machinery and equipment, tooling import and export operation processes.
Accept customs consultation and handle customs case applications at any time to reduce the random inspection rate and improve the timeliness of purchase.
Prepare annual import costs and confirm implementation results.
Management of freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure that related services can meet demand.
Collect information of price comparisons of ocean and air transporters, shipping companies and customs brokers.
Request payment for import and export related expenses, and ensure the expenditure of payables is controlled.
Other mission assigned by manager.
Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor degree in related discipline.
Minimum 1 years of related work experience.
Language proficiency: English, Chineses to effectively communicate with Chineses-speaking clients.
Salary will be determined based on the candidate's years of experience and relevant work experience.
If required, training will be arranged in Taiwan. During the training period, free accommodation, training allowance, and complimentary round-trip airfare will be provided.
