Job summary

SILICONWARE PRECISION MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage coordination and delivery date control for imports and exports, including raw materials, machinery, equipment and tooling.

You will liaise with customs consultants, brokers and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery, accurate cost estimates, and compliant customs handling. Training in Taiwan may be provided with free accommodation and travel allowances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery dates for raw materials, machinery and equipment.
• Accept customs consultation and handle customs case applications to reduce inspections.
• Prepare annual import cost estimates and confirm results.
• Manage freight forwarders and customs brokers to meet demand.
• Collect price comparison information for ocean and air transporters and brokers.
• Process import/export expenses and control payables expenditure.
• Other duties assigned by manager.

Accept customs consultation and handle customs case applications at any time to reduce the random inspection rate and improve the timeliness of purchase.

Prepare annual import costs and confirm implementation results.

Management of freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure that related services can meet demand.

Collect information of price comparisons of ocean and air transporters, shipping companies and customs brokers.

Request payment for import and export related expenses, and ensure the expenditure of payables is controlled.

Other mission assigned by manager.

Qualifications and experience：

Bachelor degree in related discipline.

Minimum 1 years of related work experience.

Language proficiency: English, Chineses to effectively communicate with Chineses-speaking clients.

Salary will be determined based on the candidate's years of experience and relevant work experience.

If required, training will be arranged in Taiwan. During the training period,
