Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Import & Export Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipment operations for both international and domestic routes.
You will coordinate exports to multiple regions and handle imports of SFG, machinery, spare parts, and other materials, while liaising with internal teams and external partners.

Manage and coordinate end-to-end import and export operations for both international and domestic shipments.
Coordinate export shipments to Taiwan, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as domestic distribution.
Handle import shipments including semi-finished goods (SFG), machinery, spare parts and other materials.
Coordinate shipment and delivery arrangements with Sales Admin, Customer Service, Production, QA, PMC and HQ/Import & Export teams.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters and Customs for vessel booking, shipment arrangements, customs clearance and shipping documentation.
Prepare and verify import/export documentation from stock picking through to billing and container loading.
Follow up on production completion dates and ensure shipment schedules are aligned with customer and market requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and Purchasing Department on import shipments, including machinery, spare parts, SFG and raw materials.
Prepare and coordinate SST/MIDA duty exemption applications, Form D and other relevant customs documentation.
Calculate import duties and taxes and coordinate with relevant parties for payment arrangements.
Monitor and coordinate the return of empty blue drums and plastic pallets to Hong Kong and China, including shipment arrangements and documentation.
Negotiate with logistics service providers, including freight forwarders, shipping lines and transporters, to optimize logistics costs.
Common Effective preferential tariff (CEPT) / Cost Analysis application.
Prepare monthly freight cost accrual reports for the Finance Department.
Monitor duty exemption records and prepare relevant documentation for submission to Customs.
Support internal and external audits and ensure import/export activities comply with company procedures and Quality Management System requirements.
Perform other ad-hoc duties and assignments as assigned by the superior.
