foodpanda Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Corporate Office) in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, is seeking a Specialist, Business Development to drive growth on the marketplace by onboarding new vendors and promoting foodpanda services. You will build a robust sales pipeline, conduct meetings, negotiate high-value deals across F&B, FMCG, and retail, and coordinate with Vendor Onboarding and Activation teams.

The role requires 2–3 years in B2B sales with a proven track record and strong communication.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership roles—preferably within F&B, retail, or FMCG industries.
Proven track record of consistently closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
Bonus: Experience in selling tech or software solutions to businesses.

Responsabilités

Lead the execution of strategic sales plans to onboard new vendors to the foodpanda platform.
Introduce foodpanda’s services and solutions to prospective partners through in-person and virtual meetings.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, identify opportunities via outreach and market research.
Negotiate and close high-value deals with key partners across F&B, FMCG, and retail sectors.
Ensure a seamless handover to the Vendor Onboarding team and support activation for signed accounts.
Gather and analyze market insights to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
