Job summary

Foodpanda Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Corporate Office) is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Account Management to lead and expand partnerships on our Marketplace team in Malaysia. You will be a significant individual contributor, comfortable working independently while collaborating with the management team.

Based in Malaysia and reporting to the Lead, Account Management, you will manage existing clients, identify new opportunities, negotiate commercial offers, drive weekly KPIs, and prepare financial

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years’ experience within an Account Management role, preferably in eCommerce for FMCG brands.
• Proven track record of Account Management or Territory Sales with B2B sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills, consultative sales approach, and strong influencing ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and proactively identify further new business opportunities
• Achieve and exceed on weekly and monthly KPIs
• Maintain and grow the revenue and gross profit of each account
• Keep the platform fresh by implementing creative marketing initiatives
• Construct and negotiate commercial offers which meet expectations of foodpanda, business partners and customers
• Work with internal support functions to ensure every deal that goes live on the platform meets quality standards
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business model and the online food ordering market
• Use and create management reports to assess performance of vendors
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial & performance reports for internal and external review
