foodpanda Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Corporate Office) seeks a Senior Specialist, Partner Acquisition Strategy to drive active inventory growth and revenue strategies across 16 markets. You will develop scalable frameworks for restaurants, Q-Commerce, and local shops while partnering with regional and local teams.

The role emphasises data analysis, forecasting, and governance of commission structures, with a focus on cross-market implementation and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and build forecasts.
• Experience building scalable solutions across markets and enabling AI tool adoption is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL; BigQuery is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional active inventory growth across restaurants and shops through acquisition and retention.
• Identify supply gaps and growth drivers at country, state, and city levels.
• Adapt inventory framework to Q-Commerce and local shops; develop retention strategies.
• Optimize commission revenue with tiered proposals and governance.
• Collaborate with local markets to implement strategies with regional consistency.
• Manage stakeholders including country heads and commercial directors.
• Build models and forecasts to guide inventory growth and assess risks.
• Provide insights and tools to enable teams to close performance gaps.
