Job summary

Kudrat Group of Companies is seeking a Marketing Executive to plan, coordinate and execute comprehensive marketing activities to increase brand presence and support sales growth. The role involves strategy development, digital campaigns, content creation and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will manage social media, coordinate events and maintain marketing materials while ensuring alignment with branding standards. A proactive, results-driven professional is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends and business opportunities.
• Develop marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, presentations and promotional content.
• Manage the company's social media platforms and online marketing activities.
• Create and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Monitor marketing campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness and return on investment.
• Coordinate events, exhibitions, roadshows and promotional activities.
• Liaise with external agencies, designers, printers, media companies and other marketing vendors.
• Support the sales team by preparing marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain and update company website and online platforms where applicable.
• Prepare marketing reports, budgets and campaign performance analysis.
• Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, promotions and market positioning.
• Assist in developing new products, services and promotional strategies.
• Manage marketing expenses and ensure activities are conducted within the approved budget.
• Maintain proper records of marketing activities, customer information and campaign results.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, business partners and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with the company's branding and guidelines.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.

Job Purpose:
To plan, coordinate and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness, generate business opportunities, support sales growth and strengthen the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns and promotional activities.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends and business opportunities.

Develop marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, presentations and promotional content.

Manage the company's social media platforms and online marketing activities.

Create and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.

Monitor marketing campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness and return on investment.

Coordinate events, exhibitions, roadshows and promotional activities.

Liaise with external agencies, designers, printers, media companies and other marketing vendors.

Support the sales team by preparing marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
