Job summary

Kudrat Group of Companies is seeking a Marketing Executive to plan, coordinate and execute comprehensive marketing activities to increase brand presence and support sales growth. The role involves strategy development, digital campaigns, content creation and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will manage social media, coordinate events and maintain marketing materials while ensuring alignment with branding standards. A proactive, results-driven professional is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends and business opportunities.
• Develop marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, presentations and promotional content.
• Manage the company's social media platforms and online marketing activities.
• Create and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Monitor marketing campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness and return on investment.
• Coordinate events, exhibitions, roadshows and promotional activities.
• Liaise with external agencies, designers, printers, media companies and other marketing vendors.
• Support the sales team by preparing marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain and update company website and online platforms where applicable.
• Prepare marketing reports, budgets and campaign performance analysis.
• Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, promotions and market positioning.
• Assist in developing new products, services and promotional strategies.
• Manage marketing expenses and ensure activities are conducted within the approved budget.
• Maintain proper records of marketing activities, customer information and campaign results.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, business partners and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with the company's branding and guidelines.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
