• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitors and opportunities.
• Develop and prepare marketing materials, including profiles, brochures, presentations, proposals, and promotional collateral.
• Support branding initiatives and ensure consistent brand image across materials and activities.
• Identify and engage potential customers, business partners and stakeholders to expand market presence.
• Attend meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and site visits as required.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations and other documents for marketing and business development.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and market conditions.

About the role

Una Crop Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive to join our International Business Section in Putrajaya on a full-time basis. This role plays an important part in supporting the Company’s overall marketing initiatives, strengthening brand presence, identifying market opportunities, and contributing to business growth.

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of marketing activities, including market research, promotional campaigns, branding initiatives, customer engagement, events, and the preparation of marketing materials. You will work closely with internal teams and external parties to implement effective marketing strategies, enhance market visibility, and support the achievement of the Company’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute marketing strategies and activities in line with the Company’s business objectives.


• Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, competitors, and potential business opportunities.


• Develop and prepare marketing materials, including company profiles, brochures, presentations, proposals, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.


• Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency of the Company’s brand image across all marketing materials and activities.


• Identify and engage potential customers, business partners, and relevant stakeholders to expand the Company’s market presence.


• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers, business partners, agencies, and other external parties.


• Attend meetings, exhibitions, networking events, site visits, and other business-related activities as required.


• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and other documents required for marketing and business development purposes.


• Keep abreast of industry developments, market conditions, and emerging opportunities relevant to the Company’s business.


• Perform any other marketing-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field


• Proven experience (2-3 years minimum) in marketing, business development, sales, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.


• Able to prepare marketing materials, presentations, proposals, reports, and other business-related documents


• Good communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills (Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Proficiency in a third language will be an added advantage)


• Creative, proactive, resourceful, and able to contribute ideas for marketing and promotional activities.


• Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


• Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.


• Willing to travel, attend events, exhibitions, meetings, and perform outstation duties when required.


• Experience in latex agriculture, food, trading, or related industries will be an added advantage.
