Job summary

PARKLAND AVENUE SDN. BHD. is seeking a dynamic marketing professional to develop and implement annual plans aimed at driving mall traffic and achieving business objectives.

The role requires collaboration with tenants, partners, and external vendors to execute campaigns and events. You will coordinate seasonal promotions and festive campaigns, conduct market research, and align offline activities with online strategies, while leveraging basic digital marketing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with tenants, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple marketing activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and willingness to work on weekends/public holidays for mall events and promotions.
