Genius Auto Hub Sdn. Bhd. in Johor Bahru is seeking an Admin Executive to join the Marketing & Communications team. You will support marketing initiatives, coordinate administrative tasks, and help campaigns run smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in admin or marketing coordination, a relevant qualification, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with opportunities for development and a healthy work-life balance.

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or marketing coordinator role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support cross-functional projects.

Mansioni

• Providing administrative support to the marketing team.
• Performing general administrative duties including data entry, filing and record-keeping.
• Handle vehicle registration, road tax, and related documentation.
• Manage Thumbprint for Car Purchase and Sales; key in sales records and updates.
• Process bank loan documents and liaise with financial institutions.
• Manage car insurance and related paperwork for new vehicle delivery.
• Prepare invoices, memos, and maintain filing of important documents.
• Support Sales and After Sales Service teams with administrative coordination.
• Assist in general office duties and other tasks assigned by management.
• Maintain proper accounting records, documentation, financial analysis and management reporting.
