Job summary

GENIUS AUTO HUB SDN. BHD. in Johor Bahru invites a Marketing Assistant to coordinate events, roadshows, and marketing campaigns. You will develop online and offline activities to raise brand awareness and support branding efforts across channels.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in marketing or event coordination, with proficiency in social platforms and basic analytics. Fresh graduates are welcome, and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of working experience in marketing, event coordination or social media management. (fresh graduates will also be considered).
• Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and scheduling tools.
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and content creation.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and writing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Event & Roadshow Coordination on logistics, setup and on-site activities.
• Developing and executing online and offline marketing events to promote company brand awareness.
• Monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Supporting the coordination of company events, promotions and branding activities.
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution.
