Job summary

Banzen Motors Sdn Bhd in Melaka is seeking a motivated Marketing Clerk to support our marketing operations and campaigns. You will assist with coordination across channels, prepare materials, and handle administrative tasks to keep the team efficient.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a marketing/administrative role in automotive industry or similar
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM or marketing software
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and execute marketing campaigns across channels (digital, print, social)
• Maintain marketing databases and campaign tracking systems
• Prepare marketing materials (brochures, flyers, newsletters)
• Support events, launches and promotions
• Conduct market research and collect data for campaigns
• Manage client/supplier correspondence and vendor liaison
• Monitor marketing expenses and assist with budget reporting
• Support development and maintenance of marketing collateral and brand assets
• Assist with social media scheduling, posting and analytics
• Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, document management)
