Job summary

Zhejiang Guoxiang, a China-based manufacturer of industrial chillers and precision HVAC systems, is expanding into Southeast Asia and seeks a Sales Engineer – Industrial HVAC (Hybrid) in Malaysia.

You will develop the Southeast Asia market from zero, build dealer networks, manage full sales cycle, and work with China HQ for delivery and support. Fluent English required; Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years in industrial HVAC sales with project-based experience.
• Strong network of industrial end-customers, EPCs, and contractors in Malaysia/Southeast Asia.
• Fluent English; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Southeast Asia market for industrial chillers and HVAC systems.
• Own the full sales cycle from engagement to order follow-up.
• Grow dealer and agent channels for long-term market share.
• Collaborate with China HQ to ensure project delivery and support.
• Meet annual sales targets and track market trends.
