Job summary

SMARDT Chillers in Malaysia is seeking a Sales / Application Engineer with 2–3 years of HVAC sales experience in central plants and chillers. Fresh graduates with an engineering degree are welcome to apply. The role covers sales, technical support, tenders, and client presentations, with travel as required.

The ideal candidate will understand chiller applications, provide technical proposals, and engage with consultants, contractors, and end users to expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, and related mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with SMARDT sales team and appointed agents.
• Generate sales revenue and achieve assigned sales targets in the chiller and HVAC market.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
