Job summary

Flex is seeking a Program Management Manager in Prai, Penang to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of manufacturing programs. The role requires strategic leadership to align timelines, capacity, and costs across cross-functional teams and with customers.

You will drive forecast accuracy, manage manufacturing costs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and manufacturing performance. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program/project management in engineering, production, operations or related management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering on manufacturing programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of manufacturing programs, ensuring production, quality, safety and cost targets are met.
• Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute and deliver projects on time and within forecasted costs.
• Interface with customers, manage escalations, and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
