Job summary

Flex is seeking a Program Management Manager for Prai, Penang to oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring manufacturing costs, quality, safety, and timelines meet targets. This role requires strategic leadership across cross-functional teams to optimize operations and drive continuous improvement for customer satisfaction.

The position emphasizes managing forecast accuracy, cost controls, and adherence to project schedules within the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Typically requires 5+ years of experience of Program/project management in engineering, production, operations, supply chain, or related management.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with customers, solving problems, building relationships, and managing escalations.
• Lead cross-functional teams (CFT) on projects from initiation to completion in a fast-moving environment.
• Participate in project planning sessions and contribute to timelines and deliverables.
• Participate in cross-departmental teams to deliver projects or initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings between different teams to ensure alignment.
• Present project updates to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Prepare reports or presentations summarizing project progress and outcomes.
• Participate in lean initiatives.
