Responsibilities

• Review program proposals and define time frames, procedures and resource needs.
• Outline work plan, assign duties and define scope of authority with managers.
• Coordinate projects with the Customer Focus Team to ensure on-time progress within budget.
• Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management and clients.
• Assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
• Occasional travel to customer locations.
• Drive continuous improvement affecting timelines and costs.
• Follow up shipments to meet site and customer guarantees.
